Orders under $100: full payment required.
Orders $100+: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order.
Pick up or delivery (fee is based on address) is available..
Pre-ordering is highly recommended as we have a limited availability per day.

Placing Order
Tiny's Tasty Treats will be accepting pre-orders until January 23rd for floral arrangements and treats. The last day to place an order for Valentine's weekend is January 31st. Pre-made arrangements will be available February 13th & 14th for pick up or delivery if you miss the order deadline. Orders are not confirmed until invoice has been reviewed and payment has been received.

Pick Up/ Delivery
Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. The individual picking up the order must be listed on the order form. A photo of the completed order will be taken at pickup and a confirmation receipt must be signed at the time of pickup. Once order has been picked up and signed for, it is considered received and accepted. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not liable for any order after pickup and confirmation.
The person receiving order must be listed on the order form and must be present to receive their order when being delivered. Delivery is completed via third-party courier (Uber delivery). Delivery fees may vary based on address and will be added to invoice. A pin will be provided to you when order is near by. Orders are considered fulfilled once marked delivered by courier. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not responsible for items after delivery confirmation.

Cancellations/Refunds
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up/delivery, store credit may be offered. All payments are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of items. If an order has already been started, it will not qualify for store credit. Custom products and orders cannot be returned. All sales/orders are final..
